Rhumb Runners Dinner and Shuffleboard

On Friday October 6 we will meet for dinner and shuffleboard in downtown St. Pete. Here are the specifics:

Dinner - 5pm at the Hollander Hotel, 421 4th Ave N, St. Petersburg.   https://hollanderhotel.com/the-tap-room

If you can't there by 5, come when you can. I may try to make a reservation once I have a head count. 

Shuffleboard - 6:45 pm at the St Petersburg Shuffleboard Club, 559 Mirror Lake Dr. N.  https://stpeteshuffle.com/st-pete-shuffle.html

The club opens to the public at 7pm. But we'll need to get there earlier to get in line. The cost is $10 per person (unless you belong to the shuffleboard club). You'll pay at the club. I think you need to have cash. Meg and I can teach anyone who needs to know how to play. It's fun! Also you are allowed to bring food and drinks (no glass). I will bring some cookies. 

I recommend using the parking lot off of 5th St N by the Sunshine Center. You can park there and walk a few blocks to the Hollander Hotel, then back for shuffleboard.
