June 2020 - BCYC Board Meeting

The June Board Meeting will be held virtually, using Zoom and registration is required.

How do I register?

Board Members do not need to register - a separate invite has been sent to them.

All non-Board members who wish to attend must register by Clicking here.

Once you have registered, you will receive a confirmation email that will contain the link and instructions on how to connect (save that email!)

About Using Zoom

As of May 30th, all Zoom users will be required to use the updated Zoom app (version 5.0). This version contains both encryption and security updates and are required for all users going forward.

If you already have the app downloaded on your computer or phone, please upgrade it. If you do not have the app, you will need to download it. For information on this - along with step-by-step instructions - please click here.

What if I don't upgrade before Monday night's meeting?

Well, here's what will happen: when you click the link to join the meeting on Monday night, Zoom will force you to update/download the newest version. This can take up to 15 minutes (or more) depending upon your internet/wifi connection. Please plan accordingly!!

The BCYC monthly Board Meetings are held on the first Monday of every month at 7:30 pm.
