Celebration of Life for Tony Angel
In honor of Tony Angel, BCYC will hold a Celebration of Life on Saturday, February 22nd. From Richard Walters, our new Duh Flag Officer: We ask members to please bring in your collection of Duh Flags to the clubhouse by Friday so we can decorate the patio with them for Tony's Celebration of Life on Saturday. We intend to start putting them up Friday night after the General Membership meeting. Join in to help put them up. If needed we will finish up early Saturday before the boats leave the dock. Please string your flags together and put your name tag on them so we know who the flags belong to. Place them on the table near the white board in the clubhouse. From Commodore Joel Heyne: There will be a skippers meeting for those that plan to participate in the spreading of the ashes at 9 AM. If the weather is good, we will go into the Gulf. For bad weather we will do it in the bay. Boats will leave the docks at 10 AM if the weather is good and at 11 AM if it is not. Tony's Celebration of Life service will be at the Clubhouse from 2:00 PM - 4:00 PM. All members are encouraged to attend. Anyone who would like to help out, please contact Joel Heyne
