June Special Board Meeting 2021

This Special Board Meeting will be held via Zoom

Commodore Roger Gilmore is calling for a Special Board Meeting on Monday, June 28th at 7:00pm via Zoom.

The purpose of this Special Board Meeting is to discuss the Directors & Officers Travelers Insurance policy and a rider contained within it providing coverage for Public Relations Crisis Management. This policy expires on July 1st, the claim requires having a contract with a Public Relations in place with a firm prior to being filed.
