This training session is intended for the entire Board and all Committee Chairs but is open to all.

Part 1 - (60 minutes) - Mandatory

Overview of Wild Apricot, Club Email Addresses, BCYC's Digital Footprint

The purpose of this meeting is to familiarize the Board and Committee Chairs with the capabilities of Wild Apricot, our list serve distribution list, email addresses and otherwise gain an understanding of our database and digital footprint.

1. State the purpose of club email addresses
   
2. Describe the capabilities of Wild Apricot
3. Explain the overall digital footprint of BCYC
4. Summarize the overall WA/website strategy
   

Laptops/tablets are not required but if you would like to follow along, please feel free to bring your own.

Part 2 - TBD - One-on-One with those System Administrators with back-end access to Wild Apricot.
